Part-Time Architectural Designer in Almada, Portugal

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a part-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in the field while balancing your studies or other commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and solutions for various architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Conduct site visits and document existing conditions for renovation or new construction projects
- Research materials and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Assist with project management tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
The position is located in Almada, Portugal. While remote work may be possible for certain tasks, the candidate must be able to commute to our office on a regular basis.

Visa Sponsorship:
We are willing to sponsor a work visa for non-EU candidates if needed.
