Land Surveying Assistant
We are seeking a Land Surveying Assistant to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Land Surveying Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our land surveyors in conducting surveys, collecting data, and creating maps and plans. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required. However, candidates with experience in using surveying equipment and software will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist land surveyors in conducting field surveys using various tools and equipment.
- Collect data such as measurements, boundaries, and topographical features.
- Create accurate maps, plans, and drawings using specialized software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while conducting surveys.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers.
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).
- Willingness to learn new techniques and methods.
