Job Title: Indian Restaurant Manager in Albena, Bulgaria



Looking for an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Indian restaurant while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and budget
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle scheduling of employees to ensure proper coverage during peak times
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Understanding of Indian cuisine and culture
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, plus potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
Our restaurant is located in the beautiful coastal town of Albena in Bulgaria. Relocation assistance can be provided if necessary.
