We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high levels of food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train and manage a team of waitstaff, cooks, and other restaurant employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create schedules for employees that ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items or promotions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus)
