Junior Barista


We are hiring a Junior Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Eschen. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as assisting in the daily operations of the coffee shop. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals without prior experience who are passionate about coffee and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and teas according to customer requests.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to create high-quality drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling transactions accurately.
- Learn about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods to make recommendations to customers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Passion for coffee with willingness to learn from experienced baristas.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
