Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mauren, serving the Indian community. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion. Your main duties will include creating design proposals, overseeing construction work, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop design proposals that meet client's needs and budget
- Oversee construction work to ensure it aligns with design plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 8 years experience as an Architect
- Strong understanding of architectural principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience managing budgets and timelines
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1200$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Mauren (own visa required)
