Senior Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. Your duties will include creating design proposals, overseeing the development of construction plans, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, strong leadership skills, and excellent project management abilities. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1200$ per month, including accommodation. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Mauren.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture
- Strong design skills and knowledge of architectural principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent project management abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects from concept to completion
- Create design proposals that meet client's requirements and budget restrictions
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their vision
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Oversee the development of construction plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress to ensure it stays within budget and timeline
- Provide guidance to junior architects on the team
