We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends, and provide valuable insights to help guide business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Identify patterns and trends within the data
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Develop strategies for optimizing data collection and analysis processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations to improve business performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in SQL and other programming languages (Python, R)
- Experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Note: This position is open to all nationalities. Relocation assistance is not provided. Fluency in English is not required. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Russia.
