Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are presented and displayed in the most attractive and effective way possible to increase sales and promote our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Visit designated stores to set up product displays according to company guidelines
- Ensure products are restocked and properly arranged on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure sufficient stock is available
- Place reorders for products as needed
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight special promotions or new products
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Conduct market research to identify potential new products or trends
- Train store employees on proper product placement and merchandising techniques
- Monitor sales performance and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques and visual standards
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 USD per month. Accommodation is not provided. English language skills are not required.
