We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our IT department, implementing and maintaining technology systems, and ensuring the security of our company's data.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Develop and implement technology strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of our company's data by implementing appropriate measures
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Train employees on new technologies and provide technical support when needed
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and technical support services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and data management principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable)
