Floral Designer

Our floral design company is seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Lisbon. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and visually stunning floral arrangements for various events and occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral arrangements
- Create designs that capture the client's style and event theme
- Source and select the best quality flowers, plants, and accessories
- Arrange and style flowers in a visually appealing manner
- Ensure timely delivery of completed arrangements to event venues
- Set up and install arrangements at event venues as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper storage of flowers
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and accessories
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for color, texture, and composition
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to understand client's needs and preferences
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while arranging flowers
- Knowledge of basic techniques in flower arranging
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Floral Design or related field
- Experience working with different types of events such as weddings, corporate events, etc.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in the floral industry
