As a Teamlead in our Porto office, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve our company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the team, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees
- Set goals, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Communicate expectations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and external stakeholders
