Junior Developer - Contract Position (Almada, Portugal)

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Developer to join our team in Almada, Portugal on a contract basis. As a Junior Developer, you will work alongside our experienced developers and gain hands-on experience in software development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to jumpstart their career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features
- Troubleshoot and debug code as needed
- Learn new technologies and programming languages as required
- Follow coding standards and best practices set by the team
- Communicate progress and any challenges to senior developers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented design principles
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: $1200 per month
