Restaurant Manager for Filipino Cuisine in Chelyabinsk

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our new Filipino cuisine restaurant in Chelyabinsk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, specifically with Filipino cuisine, and be able to lead a team to success. This is a contract position with free visa and ticket provided, making it an excellent opportunity for Filipinos looking to work abroad. No English language skills are required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff on best practices for customer service and food preparation
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in the restaurant
- Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor expenses and budgeting to ensure cost-efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Filipino cuisine establishment
- Knowledge of Filipino cuisine and culture is essential
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, financials, and employee scheduling
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)

Salary: 1100$ per month
