Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Acre. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing their previous work. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design and construction process, ensuring that all projects meet client requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and interior designers. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month, along with accommodation provided. We also offer free visa and ticket for our employees. Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Fluent in English (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Acre

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the architectural design process from concept to completion
- Develop detailed plans, layouts, models, and drawings using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions that meet their needs
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure they are completed within scope and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Mentor junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices
