Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (English speaking)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine to join our renowned restaurant in Moscow. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus that showcase authentic Indian flavors while also catering to the local palate
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Supervise food purchasing and inventory management to maintain cost control and quality standards
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions featuring Indian cuisine
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Must have a valid work permit or own visa for employment in Moscow
