Restaurant Manager for Egyptian or Nepali Candidates in Moscow


We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Moscow. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant. Your duties will include managing staff, scheduling shifts, managing inventory and supplies, handling customer complaints and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You should also have strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as a keen eye for detail. Fluency in English is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling shifts and conducting performance reviews
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling complaints and addressing any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Maintain health and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Create budgets and forecast revenue targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff or marketing team to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail
- Egyptian or Nepali nationality preferred
