Tutor vacancy in Faro Portugal

Tutor (Contract)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Tutor to join our team in Faro. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one instruction and support to students in various subject areas, including but not limited to math, science, English, and foreign languages. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on individual student's needs and learning styles
- Provide instruction on core concepts and skills in assigned subject areas
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to students and their parents/guardians
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a tutor or teacher in the subject area(s) you will be instructing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of different learning styles
