As a Commercial Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing projects for commercial buildings. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Work with engineering team to ensure designs are structurally sound and meet building codes
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow
- Collaborate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure design intent is carried out correctly
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Review material samples and provide recommendations for finishes and fixtures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
