Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Bansko. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, as well as planning and designing land development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and create maps
- Prepare reports and legal descriptions of survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to plan land development projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and related documents
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to travel to different job sites within the city or surrounding areas

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bansko (preferably for Indian nationals)

Employment type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)

Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation may be available for out-of-town employees.
