Our rapidly growing construction company is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for various land development projects. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ and is suitable for men from all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and techniques
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate surveying efforts
- Identify potential issues or obstacles related to the project site
- Keep accurate records of all surveying activities and data collected
- Adhere to all safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying in Bulgaria is preferred
