We are currently seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Nakuru. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for using specialized tools and equipment to create holes or indentations in various materials, such as metal, plastic, or wood. This position requires precision and attention to detail, as well as physical strength and dexterity.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or design plans to determine the location and size of holes needed
- Operate punch press machines or hand-held punches to create holes
- Adjust machine settings according to material type and thickness
- Inspect finished workpieces for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment or materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Puncher or in a similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of different types of punches and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physical strength and dexterity for operating heavy equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills
