Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of commercial buildings and spaces in the city of Gujrat. You will work under the supervision of senior architects and use your creativity and technical skills to create functional and visually appealing designs. This part-time position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the field of architecture without prior experience. Please note that this position does not offer accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing commercial building designs
- Use AutoCAD and other software to create detailed drawings
- Conduct research on building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Participate in site visits and meetings to understand project requirements
- Help prepare presentations for clients using 3D modeling software
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong visual and technical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to work within a team environment
- Passion for architecture with a desire to learn and grow

Salary:
This part-time position offers a salary of $1800 per month.
