We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Braga. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance and repair tasks, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on both residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Repair or replace damaged furniture, fixtures, and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants regarding repairs and maintenance needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in order to interact with property owners and tenants effectively
- Must have own visa for employment in Braga
