As a Handyman in Braga, Portugal, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on various properties. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems, appliances, and other equipment
- Perform basic carpentry work including installing shelves, repairing doors and windows
- Maintain cleanliness of properties by mopping, dusting, and vacuuming as needed
- Keep inventory of supplies and equipment and report any shortages or malfunctions
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
