Administrative Coordinator for English-Speaking Full Time Position in Lusail, Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an English-speaking full time position, this job is suitable for both men and women. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records
- Act as the point of contact between management and employees
- Assist with recruitment processes including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Provide support to departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
