Data Mining Analyst

Our rapidly growing company in Ufa is seeking a highly motivated Data Mining Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. You will work closely with our team of data scientists and engineers to develop and improve algorithms for data mining and machine learning processes. This is a contract position that does not require English proficiency or previous experience. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport from India. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy
- Develop algorithms and models for data mining
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights from the data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor the performance of algorithms and make improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
