We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Balzers. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying, as well as knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques. This position offers a salary of 1600$, free visa and ticket, and is open to Malayalees and Filipinos with English speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Gather data and measurements on the terrain, boundaries, and structures of a site
- Analyze survey data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Ensure accuracy and quality of survey data by regularly calibrating equipment
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to determine project requirements
- Provide recommendations on best surveying methods for each project
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of surveying techniques including topographic mapping, boundary surveys, and construction staking
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements
- Ability to read blueprints, maps, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills for working with team members
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
