We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and health codes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
The restaurant is located in Karachi, but we welcome applicants from any nationality or location.
