Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train new employees and ensure all staff members are following proper protocols and procedures
- Maintain a positive work environment for employees and promote teamwork
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Monitor food quality to ensure that all dishes meet our standards
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Create schedules for part-time employees based on business needs
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Karachi

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
