We are in need of a responsible and caring Babysitter to join our family in Faro, Portugal. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and supervision for our children while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children
- Prepare meals and feed them according to dietary requirements
- Engage the children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development
- Change diapers, bathe, and dress the children as needed
- Administer medication if necessary
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding the children's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Keep the play area clean and organized at all times
- Ensure the safety of the children during outdoor activities or outings
- Follow specific instructions from parents regarding daily routines, bedtime rituals, etc.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- First aid certification is preferred
