As an entry-level Turner in Almada, Portugal, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used for turning and shaping metal components. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in starting a career in the metalworking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machine tools
- Read blueprints or job orders to determine specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on metal workpieces
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished pieces for quality control
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or vocational training in machining preferred
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read blueprints
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
