Job Title: Freelance Floral Designer

As a freelance floral designer, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral designs for various events and occasions. You must have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of different types of flowers and their best uses. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, self-motivated, and passionate about creating stunning floral arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Source and select the freshest and most suitable flowers for each project
- Create unique and aesthetically pleasing floral designs for weddings, parties, corporate events, etc.
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, bouquets or other containers
- Ensure timely delivery of finished arrangements to clients
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design or related field preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to create unique designs that meet client's expectations
- Must be physically fit as this job may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects

Salary: $1200 per month (based on experience)

Location: Utena (open to all nationalities)

Note: This is a freelance position without accommodation. Biometric passport may be required depending on the country's travel requirements. English language skills are not mandatory but would be an added advantage. We welcome candidates without prior experience in floristry but with a passion for creativity and willingness to learn.
