Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. They should be able to effectively manage a team, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Manage and train staff members, including servers, cooks, and other employees
- Ensure that all employees adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when needed
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in managing financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
Salary: 1000$ (negotiable based on experience)
City: El-Ain (open to candidates from other cities within close proximity)
