Restaurant Manager for Canadian Cuisine Restaurant in El-Ain
As a Restaurant Manager at our Canadian cuisine restaurant in El-Ain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff, as well as handling administrative tasks such as budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling.
Your main duties will include:
- Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Creating employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitoring financial performance and making adjustments to meet targets
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management or a similar position. A degree or diploma in hospitality management would be an asset. You should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
