We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Funchal. The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be able to work efficiently without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Handle various administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Biometric passport is required
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certifications are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous office experience is preferred but not required

Salary: 1700$
