Merchandiser – Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the retail display and inventory of products in our store. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, managing stock levels, and ensuring that our products are attractively displayed to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage stock levels and replenishment orders to meet customer demand
- Organize and maintain displays to maximize product visibility and appeal
- Monitor sales trends and adjust displays accordingly to increase sales
- Keep track of inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
- Work closely with the sales team to promote new products or offers
- Communicate any issues or delays with suppliers to management

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual presentation and product placement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
