Sales Associate for Retail Store in Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail store team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a tidy and presentable store appearance
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Participate in stocktaking and merchandising activities
- Meet sales targets set by the store management team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable, but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Medina with valid residence permit
