Experienced Handyman for Full-Time Position in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait

We are a growing property management company in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait seeking an experienced and skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are fluent in English and have a valid biometric passport. Accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Inspect properties regularly and identify any issues or repairs needed
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the properties
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
