Pastry Chef at a High-End Restaurant in Wiltz, Luxembourg for Indian Nationals
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As our ideal candidate, you have a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts and pastries. You will be responsible for managing the pastry section of our kitchen, developing new menu items, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute dessert menus that meet the demands of our customers
- Develop new pastry recipes that showcase your creativity and innovative techniques
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff on pastry techniques and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry section of the kitchen
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Expertise in creating both classic and modern pastry dishes
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, including bread making, cake decorating, and chocolate work
- Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain budgetary goals
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg (Indian nationals preferred)
