Indian Restaurant Manager in Lom


We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lom. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, finances, and customer service
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and adherence to health and safety standards
- Train, schedule, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular audits of food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and employee performance
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, profits, employee performance, etc. for management review

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS) is preferred
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have valid work permit/visa

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month based on qualifications and experience.
