Online Consultant for Indian Market in St. Petersburg

As an Online Consultant for our Indian market in St. Petersburg, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to our customers through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and increase sales by understanding the needs and preferences of our Indian customers.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Indian customers through online chat, email, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Understand the needs and preferences of Indian customers and make personalized recommendations accordingly
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with our sales team to promote products to the Indian market
- Keep track of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales data for reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with Indian culture, customs, and market trends is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
