As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. You will also be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that reflect local cuisine and seasonal ingredients
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent training/certification
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative menus using local ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket.
