Industrial Architect

A reputable architectural firm in Chelyabinsk is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and power plants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial projects
- Develop detailed plans and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models and renderings to present to clients for approval
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
