Job Title: Senior Architect - Jerusalem, Israel


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design for various projects in Jerusalem. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements and budget. You will also collaborate with a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your expertise in project management, design principles, and construction processes will be essential in delivering high-quality, innovative designs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the designated timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that align with their goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and building codes to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Review project plans for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee construction progress to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide guidance on design changes if necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus).

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
