Security Analyst for Part-Time Role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are hiring a highly skilled Security Analyst to join our team for a part-time position in Jeddah. As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's digital assets and systems from cyber threats. Your main goal will be to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability tests on our systems and networks
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activities and respond to potential security incidents
- Implement security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations and patch management
- Conduct training sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices
- Create and maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident response plans

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Security Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, web application security, and vulnerability assessment tools
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR
- Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this part-time role.

Location:
This position is based in Jeddah but is open to foreigners who meet the requirements. The candidate must be able to work independently without accommodation provided.
