Architecture Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and other professionals involved in design and construction projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the design process from concept development to final approval
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met
- Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a - [9704] related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
