Senior Architecture Manager

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in Ufa, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will lead a team of architects and designers to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for delegating tasks, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality designs
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for each project
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project progress and provide guidance to team members as needed
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and specifications for construction projects
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the construction process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and construction processes
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Fluent English proficiency is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with opportunities for growth within our company. This is a full-time position based in Ufa.
