Experienced Baker - Balzers, Liechtenstein

We are currently seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery in Balzers, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and possess the necessary skills to create a wide variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and cakes. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must be able to arrange their own housing. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes
- Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfection
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with icing, glazes, and toppings
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and order supplies as needed
- Ensure sanitary and safe work environment by following proper food handling procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different types of doughs and baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and make adjustments as needed
- Creativity in creating new recipes or adapting existing ones
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags of flour or other ingredients

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with specialty diets such as gluten-free or vegan
- Knowledge of using natural sweeteners or alternative flours in baking
- Certification or degree in Baking or Pastry Arts
