Online Consultant for E-commerce Company


Our fast-growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Eschen, Egypt. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through various online platforms, including email, live chat, and social media. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and providing solutions to any issues they may encounter while shopping on our website.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the e-commerce industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this position. Knowledge of online shopping platforms and basic technical troubleshooting skills are also preferred.

This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. Accommodation and visa sponsorship can be provided for non-Egyptian candidates if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide product recommendations and assist with placing orders
- Monitor online reviews and respond accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and policies
- Report any technical issues or website errors to the appropriate team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various online platforms (email, live chat, social media)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
